UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A landowner in Upper Makefield Township is donating his 37-acre property for conservation.
The Upper Makefield Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the acceptance of a conservation easement from Edgar W. Brick, who owned the 37.2-acre property on Mt. Eyre Road.
While Brick, a financial advisor, was not present at the meeting, officials thanked him for his donation.
The township has designated the property as "high priority" for conservation.
