Join Crisp Coach, Caroline Klohs, for a 60 minute vinyasa flow celebrating the summer solstice and International Yoga Day!
Class will start with a 10 minute warm up, followed by a 30 minute practice saluting the sun, and close with a 20 minute cool down and meditation. All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
