Job Description This Job will be performed on Camp Pendleton Military Base RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Must be able to pass a Background Check - Must be able to Communicate some English - Must be able to fill out work orders and document problems on the job if necessary - Must be comfortable being on a 10ft ladder for gutter cleaning - Cleaning will include bathrooms, kitchens, picking up trash, vacuuming, windows and more - Must have CA Driver's license and insurance - Must be willing to travel locally - 2 years cleaning experience is preferred - Ability to work independently - Ability to deal effectively with deadlines and time pressures - Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs. - Must have GPS or smartphone to be able to find new locations COMPENSATION: - Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All safety equipment for PPE provided
