Busy Car Wash in Encinitas looking for a FULL-TIME 40 HRS/WK sales advisor/greeter: Sales Advisor/Greeter welcomes customers and advises them on various products and services. Also helps manage the flow of traffic efficiently. Must be able to price and write up services to be performed for 100-200 plus customers/day. MUST have great customer service skills, be friendly and personable, must be able to work on their feet for 4-5 hours at a time, WORK WEEKENDS, Spanish speaking a plus. If you feel you have the qualities and abilities above we can train you for this position! Compensation is hourly PLUS commission based on extra sales to customers: $15/hr + commission = $19-25hr on average.
