Westchester To Hold Virtual Job Interviews For Playland Gigs

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Playland Park has the green light to reopen, thanks to a decision by New York State to open amusement parks. Because of that, the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation is looking to fill seasonal positions at the county-owned amusement park. The county will be conducting virtual interviews will be held Saturday. Job seekers are encouraged to explore Playland's job board and apply ahead of the virtual interview day. County Executive George Latimer said that working at Playland during the summer is a tradition for many young people in the county. "Their energy makes our park come alive," he said.
