Laborer Position for Property Management Company   Acorn Property Management is looking for a hard-working individual to join our company and contribute to the professional management and care of the properties we manage. We are looking for someone with proven and hidden talents who is eager to impress with their proficiency, but also build through their creative drive to reach out and achieve new goals.   This position will be tasked with a variety of property related maintenance for residential rental properties throughout the Eugene-Springfield area. It is a full-time position for someone that possesses enthusiasm and a desire to learn the industry and discover a possible new career. Must be able to work responsibly alone or contribute to a team. Someone who is inquisitive by nature, can excel in a position such as this, and will quickly gain valuable career skills.   Candidate must possess:  1. A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity  2. Tidy Appearance   3. Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently  4. Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly 5. Ability to accurately account for time & materials  6. Strong attention to detail and organization  7. Ability to proficiently read and write English   8. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation   9. Acorn uses a high amount of technology, software and applications to service our properties. We are willing to train the right person with aptitude.     Primary job duties:  1. Tasks involving Landscaping, Hauling, and Painting 2. Assist in completing routine work orders  3. Seasonal and/or special projects  4. Other general labor tasks as assigned that meets skill set      Salary:  $15.00-$18.00 TBD, depending on experience  Benefits - Group Health and vision insurance with employer paying 90% of base package Company paid life Insurance Paid Personal Time Off and Paid Holidays after 60 days.
