The UNA Jeff Eubanks Culinary Arts Management Program students invite you to a fine dining experience created for their culminating project.
The students in the Jeff Eubanks Culinary Arts Management Program are excited to invite you to a special three-course meal that will serve as their culminating project!
The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will feature appetizers such as savory crepes, arancini with tomato sauce, crostini with ricotta, pesto, and tomato confit, and more!
At 6 pm, dinner will be served, including a first course of crab cakes, a second course of lamb chops and chicken roulade, and a final dessert duo course.
Each socially distanced table will seat 4 guests. If you wish to purchase a table, up to 6 guests can be accommodated.
