Searching for crafters and vendors! Location: Fremont Rec Center Address: 201 E Maple St, Fremont, MI 49412 Time: 10am-3pm •$35.00 per 10’ x 10’ space •$30.00 per 9’x15’ space (parking lot) We would like to thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our upcoming event held at the Recreational Center in Fremont! Please read and agree to the following rules and regulations below. *Setup/ Breakdown: All Exhibitors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:00a.m. the day of the event. Exhibitors may begin setting up on the day of the event at 8:00am. Break down can start no sooner than 3:00 p.m. No vendor is to close before the official closing time. Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces. *Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free. *Staffing: Exhibitor tables/ booths must be manned at all times and intact until the show closes at 3 p.m. This event is not responsible for merchandise or display materials. *Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft or casualty. This event expressly disclaims any responsibility for same. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the fair. *Exhibitor Spaces: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for fair attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment. *One Business per table: Only one (1) business per booth; space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval of an authorized staff of the event. *Acceptance: This event reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the event. *Payment: The full payment is due within 14 days of the event. Remember, this is first come first serve. *Electricity: Electricity will be available as a first-come, first-served basis as electricity is not available in all areas. Outlets are NOT guaranteed. Extension cords are not included and must be provided by the Exhibitor. *Tables & Chairs: Each Exhibitor may furnish his or her own chairs, tables, stands, tent or canopy. *Cancellation of space: We are not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the Exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as an Exhibitor. Vendor must notify the event coordinator immediately of cancellation! No refunds will be granted. *Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event and its location from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Exhibitors at the event. *Safety: No flammable or harmful items may be displayed. *Rules and regulations subject to change! There may be a possibility that this event will HAVE to be outdoors.
