Part of the call featured Neil Lamb, Ph.D., Vice President for Educational Outreach at HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology.  He presented an update on COVID vaccines, improvements in how many people are getting vaccinated statewide in Alabama and nationwide, and the recommendation to continue masking for a bit longer, even though Alabama's ordinance will be lifted.
