We are looking to hire a maintenance person on a part-time basis for a mix of on-call maintenance and scheduled maintenance. You will receive hourly compensation for time spent coming out and completing the job. Most work will be between 12pm-5pm. Flexible schedule. Paid weekly. Tell me what days you’d like to work. Maintenance Task Examples (could include others): - Mounting - Toilet repairs - Caulking - Replace p-trap - Snaking drains - Painting walls/trim - Furniture repair - Fixing thermostat - Patch small hole in wall - Unclog sink drains - Replace shower diverter - Unclog toilet - Replace lightbulb - Replace toilet wax ring - Replace window AC unit - Light HVAC maintenance Skills Needed: - Basic plumbing knowledge (I.e how to snake a drain, how to check p-trap, how to change toilet wax ring, using white plumbers tape, etc) - Basic electrical understanding (I.e How to shut off a breaker in order to replace a light switch) Requirements: - Reliable access to a car so can drive to rental locations - Flexibility with hours, maintenance issues generally need to be fixed between 12-5pm, but can arise 5-10pm after a guest has checked in. - Responsiveness, communication, and ability to show up on time. - Ability to problem-solve and get things done. Compensation: <>The basic compensation is $20.00/hr. $20 minimum compensation if you come out to a property.
