Farm Labor for the summer

I'm looking for a farm worker for the summer and thru harvest. We will be planting in May and harvesting in October. about 6 months or so. plant management will be the primary job, along with irrigation and pulling tarp. Property improvement jobs will be required also throughout the season. I have a DR brush mower and a chainsaw, there will be many jobs thru the summer involving these tools. if u don't know or are unwilling to learn how to use these tools, don't bother. If u don't know what I'm doing and growing this isn't for you. im looking for someone who has done this before. Experience is required. If you have your own camper trailer or van to pull onto my property that would be a benefit in my mind. My property is very beautiful, I have views of the valley and the mountains. I have over 100 acres and plan on doing several hundred and averaging 4-5 per. this will be a solid medium size operation. An ideal candidate must be able to live on the farm for the entire season, hard working, and down for the grind. Mechanical knowledge would also be a benefit, there are a few vehicles that need some help. Very important - No Racists. if you are racist and somehow get the job, as soon as I find out, you will be fired immediately. I took the time to write this in my advert, u can guess how important it is to me. This is a Lot of work for very good pay. I am a very honest and fair person.
