As a forward-facing member of the Home Fire Stove & Grill City Team, the Installer’s Assistant will be required to: • Assist in the installation of fireplaces, stoves, inserts and other hearth and heating products with precision and safety. • Demonstrate willingness to follow instructions and defer to Lead Installer when unsure • Provide excellent care to customer and their homes and property throughout the installation process • Professionally communicate to customer the services performed, and explain product safety and usage • Maintain a clean and stocked work vehicle • Demonstrate willingness to work overtime when required • Maintain a professional appearance and manner representing Home Fire Stove with the utmost care and integrity Job Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Valid Oregon driver’s license • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs • Basic understanding of power tools and hand tools • Willingness to learn and be taught
