Hello! I am a respectful, professional, and mature music producer / musician with a beautiful studio space in Culver, and I am looking for another person (or people) to come onboard to share the space. The space is fully secured, roomy, furnished, and has ample storage space. It boasts a very convenient location just off Venice Blvd., ample parking, and air conditioning.  The studio features sound treatment, rugs/carpeting, a mini fridge, a loft for equipment storage, and dialed in lighting. I'm open to anyone sharing the space with me, but an ideal scenario would be a drummer/producer and/or a band. There is plenty of room - about 1/3 of the currently treated space is being used. The building is insulated from the outside world such that one can be as loud as desired, 24/7/365. There is thus occasionally some sound bleed from neighboring spaces, but it is a manageable level (has not been an issue at all).     How about yourself? An ideal co-collaborator for the space will be: - Respectful, professional, kind, honest, and grounded - Using the space for music production, recording, vocals, DJing, etc. - Clean and tidy, taking pride in the space  - Able to share studio time flexibly - Able to pay fair rent on a reliable and timely basis (amount is negotiable based on use/equipment/etc. - price based on use, negotiable.
