Candidate must be friendly and willing to be trained. Looking for a people person who enjoys talking to others. Customer Service experience a must! Tasks would include: Assists clients over the phone and occasionally in person in the office Enters information for fliers, calendars, handouts, newsletters etc. for clients and staff using standard word processing Answers telephones, transfers calls, and provides information to callers Follow up calls to estimates Enter daily routes Return daily tape messages Check and reply to emails daily Enter Sales and Estimates into company software Performs related work as required Skills: Ability to work with patrons in a friendly and tactful manner Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees Ability to contribute to a positive work culture that fosters excellent customer service and teamwork Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of personal computers, email, the Internet, office software, document imaging, etc. Ability to learn computer programs or software and use them effectively to perform duties Skill in checking information for accuracy and completeness and correcting errors Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position including but not limited to extended periods of standing and sitting Starting at $15.00 per hour
