Beautiful tabby cat looking for a new home

I am trying to find a home for this beautiful orange bundle of fur. His is a very lovable cat; he likes to be inside and outside. His name is Louie and belongs to our neighbor who is going into assisted living so he has no where to go. He is 12 years old and is current on his shots. (I hate to think of him going to the pound where you know what happens to older kitty's. We can't take him, we have two dogs that do not like cats.)
