JOB BRIEF: Fulltime, Non-Exempt/Hourly – (With Benefits including Medical, Dental, & Vision) The primary responsibilities of the Custodian/Porter involve the upkeep of the community in order to enhance and maintain its standards and appeal. The Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the community in an efficient manner. Must be capable of standing on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift and carry weights up to 30 pounds unassisted. Position also includes working in outdoor environment in various weather conditions. Must be a self-starter and have transportation/car. Great pay and benefits!
