Arnold's Supply, a Kleen Tech company, is now hiring lawn care workers for Rochester, MN and the surrounding areas! Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm *$500 BONUS FOR WORKING THE ENTIRE SEASON* (season ends 11/7/21) Primary Duties/Responsibilities: General Lawn Care/Landscaping Tasks (including, but not limited to): -Mowing and Edging -Fertilizing and Watering -Weeding and/or Removing Unsightly Plant Life -Mulching -Trimming and Grooming Plant Life Qualifications (Required): -Willing to agree to a criminal background check -Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record -Available to work weekends (as needed) Qualifications (Preferred): -Able to comfortably stand/walk/use traditional lawn care equipment, for extended periods of time (usually around 20 to 30 minutes) -Able to safely lift 75 pounds -Able to follow instructions Preferred Character Traits: -Take pride in doing good work -Strong attention to detail -Willing and able to work with a team and/or independently (as the situation requires) -Able to take constructive feedback and learn from mistakes -Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable *MUST pass background check, have a driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle records review*
