Hardwood floor installer

I am looking for a hardwood floor installer to join my company. Needs to be available to work Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no restrictions. Must be reliable, and hard working and self motivated. Experience in flooring is a plus but not a must, but must have experience working with power tools.
