Rehoming my 1 1/2 year old Tegu. Artemis has a lot of potential to be an awesome pet. She loves to play. She is an explorer who loves all the closets she can get into. After a long adventure she loves to take a nice little snooze. After her nap she usually heads back to enclosure for a little basking. I have not interacted with her recently because I underestimated the juvenile stage and gave myself too much strength to handle her bites. I wouldn’t say she bites all the time. The times she bit me I can admit I could have done things differently. But for the most part I feel with the right home and the right person she would make an excellent pet. If you feel deep down that she would make a good addition to your family we can set up a meeting. And I can send pictures of her enclosure and of her.
