We are looking to hire a full time Apartment maintenance team member and general laborer. The job is 95% inside work. The position is responsible to work within company guidelines, policies and procedures completing tasks in a timely manner. This person would help our existing maintenance team: respond to tenant maintenance service orders, preventative maintenance, assist with end-of-month turnovers, on-call once a month, furniture specialist, and any other tasks that help the properties be the "Best in Class". Some experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, hvac, and general skills is helpful. We will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for the right person to start working in a company where they can learn new skills and grow within the organization. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Some weekends or evenings may be necessary: end-of-month move outs, snow removal, move-ins or after hour emergencies. This person, once properly trained will be in the maintenance team on-call rotation. Current on-call rotation is one week, every 5 weeks. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable transportaion. Please apply by sending your resume. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
