Full Job Description We are a contract service provider for FedEx Ground. We are starting Peak Season hiring now for Full-time delivery drivers to provide package pickup and delivery services out of the Santa Fe FedEx Terminal. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum age of 21 years. Clean driving record -- NO DUIs in past 5 years. Must pass drug screen, background check and DOT physical. Excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be EXTREMELY dependable and self-motivated. Candidate must be in good physical condition (DOT Physical required). 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience in the past 3 years (any driving done as part of a job where payment was received from a business -- Uber, construction, landscaping, food delivery, etc.) REQUIREMENTS, DRIVER MUST: Be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday as needed. Be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify. Be able to safely lift/carry packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a hand truck. Pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver. Pay: $150 a day plus stop bonuses. Vacation and paid Holidays after probationary period. COVID-19 considerations: FedEx facility temperature checking everyone that enters. Masks required for entry.
