Description

This is a temporary position from June 2021- August 2021. The position will be 40 hrs per week. Workdays will be Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Apartment complex looking for extra help for our heavy apartment turnover season. Responsibilities will include: 1. Assist in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition. 2. Accurately document time sheets, daily maintenance logs, and other checklists as assigned. 3. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse and common areas to Property Manager. 4. Works with Grounds, Utility and other Maintenance Technicians to ensure the grounds and common areas free of debris. 5. Responsible for the proper use of maintenance materials, equipment and motorized vehicles. 6. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworker and general public. 7. Clean gutters and maintain common areas. 8. Perform other job duties as assigned. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and general carpentry skills a plus.
