Bluestone Landscape is a landscaping company located in New Lenox that provides all types of landscape services including; installation, brick pavers, and maintenance. We are looking for laborers and foreman to join our team. We offer a fast-paced outdoor work environment with the ability for quick advancement, paid holidays, and year-round work. No prior experience needed, we can train you on the job. Positions are available for employment over the winter in snow plowing/removal, holiday lighting and decoration installations and takedowns, etc. Great work for college students. We have FULL-TIME and PART-TIME opportunities with flexible hours. Landscape Team Member Job Overview Landscape Team Members would work as a unified member of the team under the supervision of the Site Forman or Management personnel. They would be responsible for completing landscape installation and maintenance jobs with highest level of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties • Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis • Work as part of a team and take direction • Communicate and coordinate with the foreman and fellow piers • Follow best practices of installation and company standards • Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times • Other duties as required Requirements • Punctual and dependable • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions • Capable of lifting 50-75 pounds • Positive and courteous attitude • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with attention to detail • Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and multi-task If you are interested in joining our team please call our office at 815-717-6054 or email your resume to [email protected].
