My name is Miss Catalina, I have 14 years of experience working with children. I provide children a clean, safe, comfortable environment where they learn through hands on play. I provide a home like setting, I use a flexible daily schedule that provides children with learning. Children are offered choices and I encourage children to get out of their comfort zone when learning, I do not force children to do an activity they aren't developmentally ready for. We do have a daily curriculum as well as circle time where we share each other’s ideas and learn finger plays, days of the week, months of the year, numbers, letters, letter sounds, weather, spelling of our name, felt board stories and much more. I teach this in ENGISH & SPANISH Children will be provided an opportunity to learn colors, shapes, writing, story telling, texture, numbers, letters, animals, science, seasons, feelings, senses, nutrition, manners, math, creative play, art & music. I provide a fun, positive environment and encourage children to learn at their own pace. Some children are ready for a challenge in learning.
