Start Date: Immediately ***Must have own transportation to and from work! ***Must have own transportation to and from work! ***Own your own Waterproof (rubber) Boots*** ***Must not be afraid of ladder work ***Must not be afraid of scissor/boom lift QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by any worker to successfully perform the essential functions of this work. * Regularly required to bend, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, and reach, use hands to finger, handle and/or feel objects, tools or controls. * Always required to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which may include mask, waterproof boots, gloves, goggles, aprons, belts, etc. ***Must have transportation to and from work location Work sites will be located in the San Antonio and surrounding area. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: to perform the work successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Basic Function: Properly utilize equipment to window clean; and or pressure wash in order to clean sidewalks, parking garages and other various client work sites. ***Crew Members: * Fill tanks with water and chemicals as needed; * Window Wash and or Pressure Wash client work sites ensuring efficient cleaning. * Properly dispose of/remove waste water and barricade necessary drains' ensuring that all work performed is EPA compliant. * Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every work site. * Perform quality maintenance inspections and repairs on all assigned projects, vehicles and equipment as needed. * Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
