GVR Metropolitan District 18650 East 45th Avenue • Denver, Colorado 80249 POSITION VACANCY Seasonal, Part Time Position: Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Tech Duties: The Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Tech for the GVR Metropolitan District provides general support to all landscape and maintenance operations of the District. Specific duties include trash abatement, general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, tree trimming, hand watering, etc., some fence repairs and tree planting. This position is a seasonal, part time position ranging from 20 – 40 hours per week for the season. Knowledge and Abilities: Must have knowledge of general landscape maintenance tasks. Preferred to have a Colorado Driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience with landscape tools and equipment preferred. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instruction is required. Experience: Prior Landscape Maintenance experience preferred.
