POSITION: OUTSIDE MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER DEPARTMENT: CLUBHOUSE REPORTS TO: CLUBHOUSE SERVICES DIRECTOR HOURLY RATE: $15.50 The Denver Country Club is seeking an Outside Maintenance position to work primarily in our Pool and Snack Bar areas and will maintain and clean these areas with an emphasis on service and member satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Wash tables and chairs daily - Put out lounge chair cushions and raise table umbrellas in the pool /pop stand areas - Pick up any trash in the Member areas paying close attention to changing the garbage liners if full - Pick up any towels and bring them in for washing - Replenish any towels, or supplies in designated areas - Power wash areas when needed - Pick up and organize all pool toys and out of harms way - Buss outside dining tables and assist pop stand attendants when needed - Sweeps patio areas and dusts patio furniture, as needed - Empties all wastebaskets and trash receptacles - Disinfects outside areas where needed - Washes inside and outside of windows as needed - Assist with set-ups and turnover of rooms – upon request - Other daily assignments as need by management REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to take direction and work independently - Ability to lift 30 lbs. when needed - Ability to work and be on feet for 8 hours - Must like to work outdoors and work early hours - Must be available to holidays, some weekends, weekdays BENEFITS: - Benefits per DCC employee handbook. - Complimentary golf privileges per DCC employee guidelines - Club merchandise at reduced employee pricing. - Complimentary Meals (One per day) - Positive values centric working environment CORE VALUES: Integrity- Commitment to the role and creating a club atmosphere where absolute satisfaction is a highest priority.
