We provide full service with our own Estimating, Drafting, Service, Sales and Finance departments offering career advancement opportunities for our existing team members. We are seeking energetic, reliable Team Members with a willingness to learn all aspects of our foundation install and production process. Experience in construction site work is helpful. We are hiring for the following positions: • Installation Crew Member • Installation Foreman • Night Shift Production Team Member • Night Shift Concrete Batch Plant Operator • Night Shift Strip & Load Crew Member • Day Shift Production Crew Member All team members must be able to accurately read a tape measure, pass a post-offer drug screen, and have reliable/dependable transportation to work each day. Install team members must be able to move/lift 80 lbs. and possess a current valid driver’s license. Production team members must be able to move/lift 50 lbs. Daily and on-time attendance are a MUST for all positions.
