Knowledgeable Handyman needed

Need a knowledgeable handyman to do repairs on my house. The usual updates, patio work, door repair, plumbing. Also, handicap upgrades. If your not good at what you do and do it for a living, please move on. Need someone who is easy to get along with I'm cranky, old, but respectful, you need to communicate well, own truck and tools. Don't need someone who is sloppy, not on time and just trying to get up some beer money. I can afford 16 an hour nothing more with a time estimate of sorts, I have very limited income. Must have a clean record, I'll run it, I have a family. I don't care about paperwork or cards. Thanks.
