Escape Room Game Master & Entertainment Representative Part time 24-35 hours week $11.50 hour Big Sky Breakout Inc. Northside Missoula, MT Work Requirements - Energetic, Enthusiastic, and Positive Attitude - Enjoys team environment - Outgoing, easy to talk to, comfortable speaking in front of large groups - Passion for games and entertainment - Impeccable attention to detail (lots to memorize) - High initiative and self-motivated. - Effective and Professional communication skills - Quick problem solving skills - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment - Organized & Efficient work ethic - Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license - Experience with money handling/ POS systems - Reliable and punctual - Must be able to work weekends and evenings (day shifts available too) - Must be available to work occasional off-site events - Must be able to type at least 40+ words per minute - Light maintenance of rooms and grounds - Able to sit in front of LED/LCD monitor for long periods of time without eye strain - Able to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, sit for long periods of time, stand for long periods of time, walk around for long periods of time. - Proficient communication and phone skills for taking bookings and answering general questions - Able to stay focused for long periods of time - Enjoys helping people have fun and working alongside others - Basic computer skills - Basic social media knowledge - Use of basic tools including a drill, screwdriver, ladder etc. Required - 3 years customer service in some or all fields: hospitality, design, building, tech, gaming, entertainment, teaching or customer service. - High School Diploma or equivalent Bonus Experience - Escape Room Game Master Experience - Team building - Teaching and Educating - Coding, Programming, Arduino, RFID - Entertainment background - Theater and the Arts - Science and Math - Construction and Design - Carpentry and Prop Building - Web Design and Development - Marketing and Advertising - Painting - Fine art Illustration or creative design - Blog and Social Media Proficient - Use of Wix - Use of Escape Room Master Software - Use of Adobe Creative Suite or the like - Booking Software Experience - POS experience Please email a resume, 3 professional references, and a cover letter stating why you would be the perfect fit for our Big Sky Breakout family.
