North Idaho Decks is currently seeking Lead Construction Laborers in Coeur d’Alene, ID. If you are a knowledgeable, hardworking, team orientated, and a safety focused individual, then we invite you to apply! Ideal candidates for our Crew Lead will have at least 5 years of construction experience and a close familiarity with reading blueprints. Individuals must have a background in carpentry, framing, composite materials, roof covers, and pergolas. After 1 year, our leads are eligible and encouraged to take additional technical training courses offered through North Idaho College. Crew Leads must have portfolios of previous work with composite materials at the time of interview and 3 professional references. Crew Lead must also provide their own personal hand tools and tool belt prior to starting. North Idaho Decks will provide shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. Ideal candidates for Deck Hands will have at least 6 months of construction experience and familiarity with various tools. Individuals with backgrounds in carpentry and/or framing are strongly encouraged to apply. Great opportunity to learn a specialty construction trade in the fast growing market of decks, roof covers, and pergolas. Must be comfortable working outside and at heights. Starting Wage: Lead: $25+/hr DOE Laborer: $15+/hr DOE Monday- Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Benefits/Incentives: Full-time Weekends/Holidays Off Company paid technical training w/ contract
