Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience necessary). Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers - Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC - Taking pictures of property and uploading to Google Drive. - Putting lock boxes at properties Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected.
