Pearland Acres Mobile Home Park - Experience in painting, plumbing, basic electric, land maintenance, mowing, weeding, trash pick up and removal. - Must have maintenance or construction experience. - Have history of working unsupervised and remaining motivated. - Cooperate with the rest of the staff. - Follow instructions, directions. - Integrity and ability to work independently. - Ability to consistently display a positive attitude. - Ability to handle equipment and machinery (hand tools/tractor). - Must have basic hand tools (drill, pliers, screwdrivers, etc). - Must provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. - Pass a criminal background check, NO FELONIES. - Must have a reliable vehicle This is a Contract Labor Job, 40/hrs a week and pays every Friday.
