Seeking someone to help with all aspects of house makeready and rehabbing: No drugs Must have experience with construction Must Be Clean Cut and customer friendly Must have good work ethics Must have a great attitude to match our team Must Be be timely, no exceptions Must Have reliable transportation to travel the DFW area Must have all basic tools for day to day work. Must be able to work for 8-10 hours a days as needed No fancy resumes needed, performance is your resume. Phone interview will be the first step. Pay is based on YOU, please be ready to pass a job site skills test to verify that you can do what you say. Pay is $14-$19per hour, this is part time on occasion it MAYBE/or BECOME 40-50 hours.
