Job Description We are currently seeking seeking someone that can do a little of everything. Includes but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry, painting, basic heat & air, cabinetry install, door install, general repair skills, etc. Job responsibilities include making properties rent ready after tenants move out and small general maintenance in tenant occupied units. Full time and can start immediately. Some computer skills preferable. Must have your own tools and transportation and have great communication skills. Must be responsible and be able to be a self-starter and work alone as well as with a team. Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
