We currently are looking for a Commercial General Maintenance Tech to add to our team. Must be familiar with tools and have basic mechanical skills. This position requires interaction with tenants and good communication skills. You'll work in the Portland metropolitan area doing routine maintenance including, but not limited to repairs to: -Electrical -Plumbing -Hardware -Pumps -Motors -Valves -Lighting Hours are Tues through Fri 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. On Call responsibility after your first few months with additional compensation. DMV record check, background check and drug test required.
