Large commercial painting contractor seeks professional Foreman/Lead (M/F) and Journeyman (M/F). Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, provide proof that you are able to work legally in the US and be able to pass a drug screen. We offer top wages and provide benefits including family medical, dental, vision & retirement. Position offers ability to work year-round, as we have plenty of winter work, depending on work quality, productivity and attitude. Day, night, weekend and out of town work available. Journeyman should have commercial experience in the following, but not limited to, areas: • Interior and Exterior Repaint • New Construction • Tenant Improvement • Remodels Journeyman should have commercial experience in the following, but not limited to, trade related tasks: • All levels of prep (power-washing, sanding, scraping, and spot-priming). • All levels of masking and protection. • Brushing and rolling interior and exterior walls, doors, frames, or other structures. • Spraying interior and exterior walls, doors, frames, or other structures. Foreman and/or Lead with the following abilities are preferred but not necessary: • Management of onsite budget for hours, gallons, etc. • Management of onsite personnel. • Lift Use – both scissor and boom (with lift card). • Respirator Medical/Fit test card. • Desire to work overtime.
