It’s not exactly legal. There is a 2 year research program that is currently underway to determine the therapeutic benefits of psilocybin and how to use it in an efficient manner. After the 2 years is over, you will be able to hopefully make an appointment with a licensed therapist who can help you find what works best for you.
We are quite a ways from it being “legal” per se.
