Hello San Antonio! We are a local & independently owned insurance agency in SA. We have been in business for 30 years (we celebrated 30 years March 1, 2021! Exciting!) We are looking for a P&C licensed or CSR certified, bilingual person to start in May 2021. There is absolutely NO COLD CALLING. We do cross- sell to existing customer base. ** Being licensed/ certified is not mandatory, but experience in the auto insurance industry is preferred.** Please respond if you have the following skills: * Strong work ethics * Reliable and responsible * Detail oriented * On- time * Interested in helping others save money on their auto, home, & commercial insurance policies -- Must be bilingual to be considered. Experience preferred but NOT necessary -- We offer: * 1:1 in- agency training and support * Base Hourly Pay + Commission * Quarterly performance rewards * Occasional entire office lunches based on great performance months
