Lower (basement) unit in need of remodel/renovation in JULY timeframe. Trying to secure someone now. Unit becomes available July 1st to start project. Some water rot/mold along exterior walls. Likely looking at some framing, sheetrock, flooring, ceiling. 3 bedroom with common kitchen/living room space. Would take on myself but not local and cannot afford to take the time off work. Looking for affordable & capable professional. Not looking to build a castle, just make it livable and presentable.
