Description
The Building Maintenance Associate’s responsibilities revolve around general maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness in the organization to ensure that facilities and equipment in the organization are in good shape at all times for human utilization.
The Building Maintenance Associate sees to it that objects and facilities in the firm, such as furniture, equipment, and other obstacles are cleared out of the way in order not to obstruct movement of staff, customers and visitors. He/she works to guarantee the safety of individuals by fixing gadgets and equipment that may cause harm to them when used in bad condition.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical
- Experience with office equipment set up and requisition / purchasing for business use
- Snow removal and ensuring safety by removing hazards
- Must be professional and have a great sense of urgency
- CDL Preferred

Customer Service, PC Proficiency, Initiative, Equipment Maintenance, OSHA Compliance, Safety Knowledge, Facilities Coordination, Informing Others, Listening
Salary depends on experience
All Candidates must pass a CORI check, criminal background check, MVR check and a Drug and Alcohol test
