We are a growing business and need landscapers with a desire to grow professionally. We do both installations and property maintenance and you can specialize in either one. Our installations consist of hardscapes and landscapes. Our work environment is collaborative and we like to have fun with our work. We have a strong commitment to excellence in our work. Competitive pay $15/hr to start, depending on experience, minimum 2 yrs required. Crew leaders earn more. The right leader can earn $20/hr to start. We also have a bonus program that allows all members to earn even more. We work all year so no lay-offs. Experience and own transportation to shop required.
