Description
Apartment property management company seeking a full-time maintenance technician. Responsibilities include:
- General maintenance
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Basic carpentry (doors, deck/step repairs, etc.) and occasional drywall work
- Assistance with apartment cleanouts as-needed
Most properties are within 5 miles of downtown Pittsburgh.
Must have work truck and some tools.
This is a full-time position M-F with emergency calls on weekends. Total compensation of approximately $45,000.
