STOLEN SERVICE DOG PUBLIC ALERT Hi my name is Dani and my 11.5 month old Golden / Apricot Labradoodle was stolen from me last Wednesday afternoon by Melissa Graham. If you or someone you know or you know his where-a-bouts please text message me at . If you or someone you know has and you don't feel comfortable turning him into me, Please turn him into the Black Hills Human society of Rapid City or you can take him to All Creatures veterinarian Hospital Clinic on the west side of Rapid City. I have all the proof that he is mine. Under his microchip he is reported STOLEN. There will be NO questions asked if you turn him back to me directly. He will be due for his next rabies shot on the 18 of this month. Here is what happen: Wednesday morning my maintainance person came to my door and HIGHLY suggested that I take MY service dog (for my deafness) to the pound by the end of the week. After my maintainance person told me that I FREAKED OUT into a full blown panic attack with thinking that decision came from my landlord. I called my friend, Melissa Graham (now she is highly my ex-friend) and ASKED her to watch my Service Dog Legacy, until I could verify that I that it was my landlords decision, However I found out that my landlord knew nothing about this and that it was 100% ALL my maintainance person decision. Once I found that out, I called my friend Melissa Graham to get my dog back and she had already rehomed him WITHOUT my permission to Jessica Paul and Ariel Hoody (Dog Trainers from Black Hills Battle Buddies in Sturgis, SD) A couple hours later, a lady named Bonnie Heller connected with me on Facebook and told me that she 'highly wanted' to help me get my service dog Legacy back, therefore she was highly convincing so I took her upon her offer. Then we meet at Melissa House with the new owner that had Legacy. Therefore they told Bonnie over the phone that they were willing to give Legacy back. Therefore we had a cop meet us there to keep it civil, and of course it got out of hand, therefore when I showed up the cop was reading Melissa Graham text messages from me. However what Melissa did not share with Rapid City Police Officer Russell was, that before he showed up she had erased all of the text messages clearly stating me ASKING Melissa to WATCH my Service Dog Legacy while I get clarification from my landlord that it was her decision for me to rid of my service dog."... Therefore, Melissa Graham hid the evidence that I ASKED her to WATCH my service dog. I left Melissa Grahams house BEFORE I blew up even more at Officer Russell, However I knew at that point that my speck of hope grew even stronger to fight for Legacy. Then one or two days later Bonnie and l were notified that Black Hills Battle Buddies had given him away to one of their cilents (And had posted on their Facebook page that I gave Legacy to their Cilent, WHICH IS A FAKE STATEMENT. I never EVER gave A SINGLE SPECK of permission to them). Therefore not only has Melissa Graham committed a felony, Jessica Paul has committed a felony, Ariel Hoody and along with this innocent cilent that has accepted him as a new pet has also committed a felony... (Unfortunately, Now) Sadly, yesterday morning, I realize that Boonies plan all along was NOT to help me get my STOLEN SERVICE DOG back. ALL along her plan HAS BEEN to be a 'undercover Fake Advocate' meaning getting info from me to past onto the Service Dog Kidnappers, so they can win the case. Then I broke off that friendship and ask her to return ALL of my stuff that I had left in her car which was: A YouTube Light (I have two Mental Health Awareness YouTube Channels of my own), my debit card of which I had forgotten, my Service Dog Folder Info ( which had my Service Dog Doctors Note, the proof of rabies, a 6 pack of Pepsi (which only had two Pepsi left), notebook paper, my face mask that says (DEAF) on the front of it and one opened Gatorade bottle. I had clearly stated where I wanted to meet her to get my stuff. I told her the urgent care on Haines Ave at 1:30. My close friend Leonard and I waited for 15 minutes then we took off. About 20 Later (I believe) I receive a call from Behavior Management that Bonnie had called them wondering if she could drop off my stuff, they told that they don't allow drop off for cilent, so I hang up with Behavior Management and thank them for calling me. Then Leonard and I continue with our day. Then another 20 minutes later, I get another call from Behavior Management telling me that Bonnie had called again, that they told her that this is her last call and to quit calling and I thank BMS again and tell them I am communicating with her as we speak and hang up. Then another 15 to 20 minutes go by and once AGAIN its BMS calling again to tell me that she keeps calling and that they gave in and let drop out the stuff. Then I receive the bags of stuff that I left in her car, however I wait till the NEXT morning to put away the stuff and I realize that as I am unpacking my debit card along with my Service Dog Doctor note is missing therefore she NEVER gave them back to me and kept them. Then something click in my mind, remembering when I was in the car with her and we were driving she told me that I was faking me deafness since I could hear you singing lone tone Christmas tune. Therefore I highly believe she kept it to hold it against me when we go to court and try to tell the judge that I am faking my deafness which I am not..
