Substance abuse treatment center in the east valley is looking for a housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary and comfortable environment at Soba Mesa’s facilities. Responsibilities: General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Daily up keep of the business office, house, suites, and shared living areas of clients • Wash linens, including sheets and towels, make beds and place folded towels on bed • Vacuum or sweep and mop floors • Wipe down surfaces that may contain dust or dirt, such as counter tops, doorknobs, window sills, tables, base boards, etc. • Take out trash and replace garbage bags • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including dish washing • Clean and sanitize bathroom sinks, toilets, shower/tubs • Clean inside refrigerators, discarding anything necessary • Clean windows inside and out, wipe down blinds • Wash comforters or couch cushions as needed • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management • Notify management of any concerning or suspicious items or findings when in units or around the property Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Experience with housekeeping • Must be able to work independently • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Exceptional follow-through • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and rapport with all levels of employees • Able to pass a drug screening and background check
