We are looking for an amazing individual to help us clean the units we rent out! The right person for this opportunity will be great at cleanliness and dedicating their day to cleaning properties for our next tenants, and your equipment will be provided! Hard work is rewarded financially and in other ways. Experience is important, but most importantly, you will need to exhibit passion, pride, and ownership in what you do. Job Responsibilities • Access and clean vacant rental properties. • Sweep/Mop hard floor surfaces. • Vacuum all carpeted areas. • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures. • Remove any cobwebs. • Dust/clean blinds and windowsills. • Clean top and inside of refrigerator. • Clean any microwave bits, inside and out. • Clean stoves inside and out. • Clean cabinets inside and out. • Countertops and backsplashes washed. • All sinks to be completely scrubbed clean, faucets and all. • Mirrors to be cleaned. • Shower, tubs, and toilets cleaned. • All counters and fixtures cleaned. • Clean moldings, woodwork, windowsills, baseboards. • Etc.… more duties to be discussed upon hire. Job Requirements • Impeccable appearance. • Amazing attitude – cheerful and confident. • Great communication skills – to be needed when communicating with office team. • Open to learning different forms of technology for office development. • Basic knowledge of cleaning residential houses/apartments/mobile homes. • Dedicated worker. • Available weekends and a few weekdays. • Available for 10-hour workdays. • Pass Background and Credit Check. • Pass Drug Test. • Clean driving record.
