Male normal cockatiel needs his forever home

"Vinnie" is a normal split to pied male cockatiel. He started out in life as a pet. At one year old his owners sold him to me, as they didn't have time for him. I bought him for breeding stock, but he is not a great father. He needs to go back to his original job as a pet. At only 2 1/2, he will tame back down quickly, but right now he is no longer even finger tamed. But he mumbles words and very clearly says "Pretty Bird", and he's never been a screamer. I'm asking for a $50.00 re-homing fee (1/2 of what I paid for him). With a little patience he'll quickly go back to being a great pet.
