John Jr’s Termite & Pest Control is looking for hard-working people to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated, small business that is growing. We have been serving the Tucson community since 1973. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a route serving several residential and commercial clients a day as a Pest Control Technician. Job Duties: - Maintain positive and professional relationship with clients - Complete daily scheduled appointments & paperwork effectively and efficiently with reasonable independence - Educate clients on pest conditions and proper treatment options - Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records - Comply with all safety procedures Company will provide vehicle, all equipment, and uniforms. Previous Pest Control experience is a plus, but not a necessity – we will train the right person and you will be paid for training. You must be able to become certified by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division within 90 days of hire. Requirements: - Must be able to work outside year round - Must be able to perform some manual labor, crouching, and crawling on jobsites to prepare site for treatment, perform treatment, or clean areas that harbor pests - Maintain a professional appearance and attitude - Strong work ethic, customer service oriented - Strong communication skills - Demonstrate excellent time management - Self-starter who is able work without supervision - Pass a drug test, background check, and have/maintain clean driving record - Have current license from Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division in good standing or become licensed within first 90 days
