ROLE Bottle Breacher is seeking an organized, problem-solving, mechanically inclined Powder Coater. This position focuses on powder coating a variety of our products to help fulfill productions needs on our journey becoming the best Veteran Owned brand in the USA. This Rockstar will come with a sleeve rolled up approach, be ready to grind daily, challenge themselves, and be exceptionally detail-oriented. He or she will not be afraid to step out of their comfort zone, get dirty, will not hesitate to jump between tasks in our ever evolving and rapidly moving environment, will never stop learning about our brand, thinking of ways to consistently improve processes, or about themselves, and will always do what is right rather than what is easy. RESPONSIBILITIES • Powder Coating various Bottle Breacher Products • Manage and maintain stock and supplies • Communicate with Management on Production Schedules • Maintain ALL Powder Coating Equipment • Routine cleaning of Equipment • Troubleshoot Equipment when problems arise • Meet all deadlines provided for Production needs • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to improve operations by reducing costs, energy usage, improve quality, etc. • Support the forecasting efforts of Inventory Manager to aid in proper stock for Bottle Breacher’s inventory needs • Have strong organization skills to track maintenance, vendor communication, stock/supplies, meetings with management and deadlines • Continued Education/Knowledge of Powder Coating processes and trends • Additional responsibilities will come as you familiarize yourself with the role MISSION CRITICAL COMPETENCIES • Experience in powder coating is a plus • Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling • Exemplary organizational, planning and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects, tasks (ad hoc and/or planned) in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment is a must • Strong work ethic (self-starter, responsible, etc) • MUST be a Team Player • Reliable and flexible with the ability to work under pressure • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others • Meets deadlines in a high-pressure environment • Able to correctly prioritize daily workload • React quickly and smoothly to changes • Consistent execution regardless of task • Quick Learner | Problem Solver | Detail Oriented • Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve • Possess passion, empathy and are mission driven: You don’t mind hard work, believe in our brand of being a Made in American, Veteran Owned & Operated, Conservative, Faith based Company, and want to be part of our mission to give back to those who gave everything Bottle Breacher is one of the fastest growing Veteran Owned and Operated businesses in Arizona.
