Hi, I'm a small business owner who rents an apartment upstairs. I am looking for a licensed exterminator to do my business and the apartment upstairs once a month. We don't have any issues so we don't need any top notch company. I keep it clean and so does my tenant, just would like a monthly spray. Our old exterminator just retired. Willing to go 30 dollars our old exterminator charged 25 but I will go an extra five. 15 to 20 minutes tops and it would be nice if you have glue traps. Nice easy gig for a exterminator who works for himself, starting out on his own, or is employed by a company. 30 dollars per month is firm, please don't contact me if you desire more.
